Day 13.5 Write-umentary

Notes:
Yesterday was a bust thanks to some feedback I got on another novel. I’m not one to let feedback sit if I have an idea, so I took my evening to implement it and send it back out. That being done, I could get back to my After Dark project tonight during my ‘free evening’ and somehow managed only 831 words. 🙁 Boo hiss.

I started at 10:00 pm, but by 11:00 pm was yawning my head off. Argh. It’s not that the story got boring. Gracious, no. I was writing a pretty intense fight scene actually. But it was making me think and the next scene has to play off that and now my brain isn’t working properly (and neither is my MC’s). 🙂

Also have to note that I’d intended to start much earlier, but apparently… my kids needed food for lunches, so a grocery run was much needed as well as a haircut for the oldest, oh and dinner with hubby before he left for his ‘gig’.

Somehow all those things got in my way, too.

Time allotted to writing:
1.25 <--- soooooooo tired. 🙁 Sometimes I wish I didn't have to work for a living and could just write so that at the end of the day I could really just veg (but then I'd probably come up with some other hobby to use all my time). Completed :
