BIG NEWS! My YA trilogy The 19th Year is coming October 2012!!

Novelist, Emi Gayle, Set To Debut After Dark, the First of a Young Adult Trilogy, In October 2012

Yes! That’s ME!!!

Author, Emi Gayle, just wants to be young again. She’s been able to relive some of her youth by writing stories for Young Adults.

Yes, really, I do want to be young again, and hey … if this is the way I can be, so be it! 🙂

“I love writing love stories specifically for teenagers because of my own teenage love story,” says Emi.

This is the part I love. What will Mac choose to be for the rest of her life. Seriously. The rest. Could you choose at 18 if you knew you’d NEVER get another chance to pick? Ever? No midlife crisis option where you go from being a doctor to a mechanic or a housewife to a CEO or a CEO to a volunteer. Nope. You pick it at 18 and that’s IT!

Makes me happy I’m just plain ‘ole human.

Emi lives vicariously through her youthful characters, while simultaneously acting as chief-Mom to her teenaged son and searching for a way to keep her two daughters from ever reaching the dreaded teen years.   Ironically, those years were some of Emi’s favorite times and inspire the words to her YA novels.

And this is why I hope you all love this story. This trilogy. All three of my books will be published, one every six months (approximately), so October 2012, and the other two in 2013!
