Who am I?

That’s a great question. To better give you a glimpse into my life, I’m answering these quick questions …

What is your favorite color?

Raspberry. It shows up in all my written works … somewhere.

Are you a heavy or light sleeper?

Depends. If you are one of my children? I’m a super-light sleeper.

Ever had an imaginary friend as a child?

No, but I have loads of imaginary friends now. They are called my book characters. Sometimes they are in my head when I sleep. They talk to me and tell me what to do in telling their story. 🙂

Are you a morning person?

Yes and no. I can get going in the morning with NO problems, but if I could stay up ’til 1 or 2 am, I’d be happy then too.

Do you have tattoos or piercings?

Not yet. 🙂

What are the most important 3 things in your life?

My belief system — I am a Christian. My husband — I have been married for over 16 years. My children — of which I have three, one who IS a teenager.

Are you a dog or a cat person, or rather prefer a comodo dragon?

Cat absolutely.

And the last question:

Why do you write Young Adult romance?

I’ll post snippets of a story I wrote a while ago, a short one, that tells of my own young adult romance. This might answer part of the question … as of this posting (October 3, 2010), I’m 36, have been married for 16 years to a man I’ve been attached to for over 22 years. You do the math. 🙂
